Sometimes our way of being connected in our families is to suffer like those who came before us. When, for example, there has been a painful event in one generation, someone in a later generation may attempt to carry its weight, taking on the suffering of a parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt or uncle. Physical illnesses, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, recurrent fears, aloneness, and failed relationships can all be forms of this unspoken family loyalty. Family Constellation Work allows us to break these unconscious patterns and loyalties, thereby re-establishing our vital strength, tranquility and dignity.
The Family Constellation is a group experience in which profound change can be achieved in a short time: Energetically breaking the old patterns that bind us to the suffering of our families and ancestors. This shamanic experience catalyzes changes that can affect the past, the present and the future for up to seven generations in a family system.
