This video is both an instructional video and a practice video so you can learn how to do the tapping sequence on your own to prepare you for a Deep Meditation or Relaxed Focus.

You will need a comfortable chair and some undisturbed time to complete the learning.

This tapping sequence will prepare you for a deep meditation by increasing the Alpha Wave activity in your brain whilst inducing a state of relaxation in your body.

It helps to balance the two hemispheres of your brain.  This is an important part of preparing for meditation.
