4,4,4, breath for about 10 minutes then. Maybe a mantra, I use ‘I breathe in the breath of God, I breathe out the breath of God etc… or whatever words work for you.

You will need 10 minutes, sitting comfortably in a chair for the first meditation.

2nd meditation: Grounding breath: Used to bring your energy and focus into your body. To become fully into your body and become grounded to the earth. Utilising your third eye and your heart to direct the energy down your body into mother earth.

You will need approx 20 minutes for this exercise whilst sitting comfortably in a chair.
